Video Review / Online Coaching

If you already have videos of 5-8 of you riding waves, send them this way! Lydia would love to review the videos while on Zoom. This is the best part! We get the geeky part, and you can decide which waves you decide to show me. And remember that even if you fall, or miss a wave - there is still a lot to learn from that. 

It's a cost-effective option, ideal for travelers who want to keep improving on the go, or for surfers that don't live near Tofino. Lydia wants to make surfing accessible to everyone, everywhere! And if you're travelling - do not put your surfing on pause! Going on a surf trip is one of the best opportunity to keep pushing your surfing!

How it works: Send Lydia your videos at singlefinsessions@gmail.com. She will then contact you to book a meeting to go over every wave in detail. Expect the meeting to be between 45-60 minutes. 

The videos do not need to be super high quality. As long as we can see the wave and your body, that's good enough! Preferably not GoPro footage.
