How to get to the nose in 4 weeks?

this program is made for someone that wants to do it right. For someone that deeply desires for 2025 to be the summer of noseriding ;) this could be you!! This is all about putting every piece of the puzzle together so you can finally hang those toes off the nose!

* We will be meeting every week on the same day/ time, usually around 7am-11am) 

What this program includes: 

- 4 weekly video coaching sessions with Lydia Ricard 

- a surf journal so you can take notes

- all the surf videos for you to keep. 

What you will learn:

wave entry + take offs : how to set yourself up for your first noseride.

wave dynamics: where and how to get to the most powerful part of the wave

body mechanics: how to use your body to help you stay balanced and in trim 

cross-stepping efficiently (no more shuffling!! You will learn why ;) 

get to the nose!!
