How to get you on the nose in 5 weeks

this program is made for someone that wants to do it right. For someone that deeply desires for 2024 to be the summer of noseriding ;) this could be you!! 

* We will be meeting every week on the same day/ time*

What this program includes: 

- 5 weekly video coaching sessions with Lydia Ricard 

- a surf journal so you can take notes

- all the surf videos for you to keep. 

What you will learn:

week 1 : wave entry + take offs : how to set yourself up for your first noseride.

week 2: wave dynamics: where and how to get to the most powerful part of the wave + how to turn

week 3: body mechanics: how to use your body to help you stay balanced and in trim 

week 4: cross-stepping efficiently (no more shuffling!! You will learn why ;) )

week 5: noseriding !!! You now have all the tools, let’s make it happen!!
