Group Classes / Video Analysis

Join Lydia for drop-in sessions and video analysis to enhance your surfing skills. Lydia excels at breaking down the sport into manageable components, providing ample time for a thorough review. Elevate your surfing abilities with a group of like-minded peers and personalized guidance.

How it works:

We gather at the beach or in the parking lot (location varies based on surf conditions). Before hitting the waves, Lydia sets specific goals for your session, tailored to your unique aspirations—whether mastering a new maneuver or fine-tuning your technique. The surf session lasts about 1.5 hours. Afterward, we reconvene to watch session videos together, engaging in a detailed analysis of techniques. We celebrate victories and identify areas for improvement. It's worth noting that watching yourself on video, while initially humbling, brings valuable awareness to your surfing!

Duration: 3.5h- 4 hours total (including time in between surfing and meet up.)

Water time is approximately 1h15-1h30h
