Competitive Surfing Training Program 2025

This program is for the dedicated surfer! If you are new at surf competitions, or want to improve on your last result - this is for you! No competitive experience needed. One training per week for 3 weeks on Thursday mornings. 

What is included:

• 3 video analysis coaching sessions with Lydia Ricard 
• 1 theory session 
• all the videos for you to keep
• a surf journal to keep track of your progress

Topics of the program:

• Time management
• Heat strategies
• Rules and scoring system
• Exercises in and out of the water 
• Mental and physical preparation tools 
• & more! 

Space is limited to 4 surfers.
